Kombucha 101

April 29, 2023 @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

$15.00 – $30.00

Come join us as we learn all about kombucha history and the science behind the brewing and fermenting process! This will be an in-depth, hands-on learning experience and there will be plenty of time for questions. We will make our own delicious kombucha infusion and you will take home all the necessary ingredients to keep fermenting your own kombucha.

Liz Dodson a.k.a The Kombucha Lady is a professional brew master based in Northern Frederick County. She has been making kombucha for 10 years, and since 2016 she has been producing kombucha commercially. She lives on her small farm in Rocky Ridge, MD where she grows many herbs and small fruits that are used in the Kombucha Lady brews. Liz specializes in hand-crafted, micro-brewed kombucha—just about as local as you can get!
