Learn the foundation of Pilates and the core principles you need for success, from pelvic stability to connecting to your core, you will gain a greater awareness of how to create alignment in the body. This course will challenge even those who practice consistently, refining the Pilates method at its core. We will layer on an extra challenge at each class helping you feel more connected and lengthened from your head to your toes. Come learn how to create better balance and posture while learning to move with fluidity and grace!
Rebecca Sirkel is a Pilates/Feet-ness(Foot Fitness) Teacher and a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach with over 20 years of experience in the mind/body industry. Rebecca loves to teach individuals who want to enhance their life and movement practice. She specializes in postural alignment, correction of muscular imbalances and teaches you awareness and connection to your “Powerhouse” or core muscles.
