Orange Dream Silken Smoothie

This delicious fruit smoothie is dairy free, a snap to make and easily customized with your favorite fruits.

  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 3/4 unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-6 frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Serving Suggestions

Use regular milk instead of almond milk, or add a drop or two of vanilla extract. Makes a great breakfast or mid-day snack, customized with your favorite seasonal fruits.
