This all-levels gentle yoga flow class is offered to build strength and stability while bringing stillness to the mind, supporting an inward connection and gentle release from external demands. With mindfulness, self-awareness, and inclusivity, the teacher encourages fluid movement and poses while offering thoughtful modifications, allowing everyone to access and enjoy the benefits of yoga within a community.
While the first breath happens naturally at birth, this gift deserves to be nurtured. The practice also inserts simple breathwork awareness that benefit both body and mind. Students will master tools to carry into daily life and practice in the comfort of their own time and space.
