Liz Dodson a.k.a The Kombucha Lady is a professional brewmaster based in Northern Frederick County. She has been making kombucha for over 8 years, 3 of which she has been producing kombucha commercially. Liz specializes in hand-crafted, micro-brewed kombucha—just about as local as you can get!
