In this class you will learn how to perform EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) on yourself or on loved ones to help restore calm and well-being. This class will provide another means to create healthier individuals without harmful drugs, while enhancing and empowering the mind and body through deep breathing, journaling, and tapping.
