Gentle Movement Yoga at Route 85 (All Levels) [FREE]

This class is open to all levels and is designed for students who wish to experience the benefits of gentle movement through the physical (anatomical) body. Approaching each pose with ease to build mobility, stability, and strength. With mindfulness and awareness the teacher creates space for fluid movement while offering thoughtful modifications, allowing everyone to access and enjoy the benefits of yoga within a community.

While the first breath happens naturally at birth, this gift deserves to be nurtured. The practice also includes simple breathwork exercises that benefit both body and mind. This Gentle Movement Yoga class with breath awareness offers students tools to carry into daily life and practice in the comfort of their own time and space.

Teacher Credentials:

Maria Ortiz is a lifelong yoga practitioner; she embraces the benefits of Yoga Gentle Movement and Breath Awareness.
