From Stress to Balance: The Nervous System, Nutrition & Healing [FREE]
March 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Free
The nervous system plays a vital role in regulating every organ and function in the body. When it is balanced, the body can adapt, repair, and thrive. When it is under stress, patterns of imbalance and illness may begin to emerge.
In this class, participants will be introduced to the autonomic nervous system and explore how it influences all aspects of our well-being. Dr. Lo will also provide an overview of Nutrition Response Testing, a gentle, non-invasive method used to assess how the body is responding to various stressors and nutritional needs.
Attendees will gain a foundational understanding of:
- How the autonomic nervous system supports and regulates the body
- Common environmental and physiological stressors that can disrupt nervous system function
- How nutritional support may help the body restore balance and support its natural healing processes
Participants will also learn simple ways to observe and assess nervous system function at a basic level, to better understand how stress, nutrition, and lifestyle choices impact their health. This class is ideal for anyone curious about the connection between the nervous system, nutrition, and whole-body wellness.
