Rachel Armistead is the owner of Sweet Farm Sauerkraut, a local fermented foods company that sells a variety of naturally fermented, probiotic krauts, relishes and pickles. She also loves helping people learn how to make fermented veggies at home for themselves. Through kraut sales and workshops, Rachel hopes to once again make fermentation part of our common food.
