Join Ingrid Manfredo, LCSW-C, LCADC, CIMHP, CRNC2, for a two-hour workshop exploring the connections between nutrition, brain health, mental health, and addiction recovery.
Ingrid will discuss food and eating patterns in relation to mental health and recovery, common challenges people may experience along the way, and strategies that may support stress management, brain health, and daily functioning. Participants will have time to ask questions and consider ways to apply what they learn to their own wellness and recovery goals.
Resources will be provided for those interested in continuing to explore the topic, and registered participants will also be entered into a raffle at the end of the workshop.
