August 24 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm$20.00 – $25.00
Eight in ten people suffer from the adverse effects of stress. Join us to learn how to identify stressors and their symptoms. Most importantly, learn how to help your body deal with stress. In this class, we will focus on the use of adaptogens to help support your body when dealing with stress. At the end of the workshop, you will take home a stress-busting tea blend and a recipe that will help you incorporate adaptogens into your diet.
