Virtual Meal Prep on the Grill Workshop with Sarah Kurtanich

Summer’s not over yet! Let’s keep the grill vibes going! Enjoy trying some new grilling recipes that will take you through Fall and learn strategies for meal prepping with Sarah Kurtanich, an experienced home cook and health coach.

Together we’ll make:
Sweet & Smoky Chicken/Chickpea Burgers
Grilled corn, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts
Grilled pears

Sarah will discuss and demo ways you could use the foods you cooked to build easy and nourishing meals throughout the week including three ways to stuff the sweet potatoes, burger platters/bowls, and grilled pear parfaits.

You will receive a pdf with all of the recipes and full ingredient and equipment list no later than August 22.

This free virtual workshop is being made possible through a partnership with The Common Market.

During the workshop we’ll cook together, Sarah will be available to answer any questions and at the end you’ll have lots of ways to fuel yourself/your family for the week ahead.
