Easy to prepare and nourishing gluten-free side dishes can be the center of a Holiday buffet! A show-stopping savory winter squash gratin, green bean & shiitake sauté, and Indian-spiced cranberry compote will be demonstrated and tasted. Tips for simple gluten-free holiday entertaining will be discussed in between bites!
Jessica Grosman, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian, recipe developer, and culinary nutrition educator. As the founder of With Health & Gratitude, her goal is to educate people, to get them excited and into the kitchen to cook their own food and find better health through the food they prepare for themselves. Jessica’s passion is sharing her knowledge and education with others; she is experienced in teaching cooking and nutrition classes to a wide variety of audiences.
