Our fresh meat selection includes:
- Local, grass-fed and finished beef,

- All-natural American lamb and pork
- Local, all-natural lamb (currently dependent on supply)
Our poultry is locally sourced, humanely-raised, antibiotic and hormone-free, and vegetarian-fed:
- Organic chicken, all-natural chicken and kosher chicken
- Ground turkey and turkey parts
We also have sausage made from turkey, pork, and lamb, and a wide array of fresh and frozen gourmet specialty meats such as buffalo, rabbit, and duck.

We receive fresh seafood deliveries six days a week and offer a wide array of the most responsibly harvested fish and shellfish available.
