During these years in the kitchens of Rome’s restaurants he acquired a great knowledge of the classic dishes of the Lazio region as well as of the capital\, and during the same time completed a course of first level sommelier. \nIn 2015\, Giordano with his wife Claudia opened their own place\, “La Casina Bassa”. In the idyllic setting of the Umbrian’s hills\, they manage an agriturismo (similar to a bed & breakfast) were they offer their guests beautiful accommodations\, impeccable service\, and naturally a culinary tasting of the local product and recipes\, as well as hands on experience from pasta and bread making to distilling typical Italian after dinner liquors like limoncello or mirto.  \n  \nThere will be 4 chances to take this class!
