In this 5-week cooking demonstration series\, led by culinary coach Alison Wexler\, you will learn about a different Blue Zone each week and how to cook plant-based dishes from that region. \nThe fifth and final part of this series\, on February 15th\, focuses on Loma Linda. Loma Linda has a large Seventh Day Adventist community\, and they espouse a mostly plant-based diet as part of their faith. This is where American staples get a vegetarian or vegan upgrade.
