Liz specializes in hand-crafted\, micro-brewed kombucha—just about as local as you can get! \nDear Parent\, \nJust a few things to know before signing up for the Kids Kombucha Camp from the Kombucha Lady: \n\nOur kombucha is low in sugar and passes Health Dept regs\, yet-Kombucha is a fermented drink and does contain trace amounts of alcohol.  \nWe will be making rootbeer kombucha floats in this class with non-dairy ice cream\, but this will contain sugar.
