DESCRIPTION:We hope you can join us as Jaimee shows us how to support our immune systems during the colder months with food and supplements.  We’ll learn the basics of the immune system function\, nutrients that support the immune system\, things that weaken the immune system and make us more susceptible to illness\, and how to nourish our bodies to stay healthy. We will also get to sample some of Jaimee’s favorite immune boosting drink recipe!  \nJaimee is a healthcare transformation advocate\, assisting healthcare organizations in creating purposeful experiences for individuals\, families and providers. With her background in life sciences and Naturopathy\, as well as a certification in health/wellness coaching as a Holistic Health Practitioner\, Jaimee has worked as a health and wellness educator\, quality improvement leader and entrepreneur. She also serves as a volunteer and leader for non-profit organizations that serve the local Frederick community; and is passionate about wellness equity\, especially for families of underserved and underrepresented populations.
