She has been making kombucha for 10 years\, and since 2016 she has been producing kombucha commercially. She lives on her small farm in Rocky Ridge\, MD where she grows many herbs and small fruits that are used in the Kombucha Lady brews. Liz specializes in hand-crafted\, micro-brewed kombucha—just about as local as you can get!
