DESCRIPTION:Join Educator and Herbalist Iris Kirsch for a talk on living vibrantly in challenging times. We will explore the art of digesting difficult experiences and setting and holding boundaries. We will also learn how to easily incorporate safe\, simple\, abundant herbs into our lives to increase our resilience and support our nervous systems. Attendees will gain an understanding of the functions of nervine and adaptogenic herbs\, the connection between digestion and health\, and the power of moving into\, rather than away from\, difficult emotions. \n \nIris Kirsch\, M. Ed. is a healer\, educator\, mother\, adventurer\, punk rocker and herb farmer. She has been talking to plants for 44 years and studying how to heal people with them for over 20.
