Through accessible postures\, participants strengthen\, restore balance\, and reconnect with holistic rhythms that support health\, harmony\, and resilience both on and off the mat. \nDonation Based:  \nFunds raised will go towards supporting Yogamour’s Garden of Natural Wellness\, a community spaced dedicated to mindful eating\, gardening and holistic well-being. \nDanica\, a certified yoga instructor\, discovered solace in embracing deep breaths\, and mastering the art of letting go. Danica began her yoga practice in 2008. After the first breathing exercise\, she realized that she found a sense of peace\, calm and self-acceptance that she had never experienced before. It became her mission to share this feeling and experience with as many people as possible. For over fifteen years\, Danica has studied yoga\, meditation\, breath work\, Kundalini\, and many other wellness practices. Danica leads Yoga and Mindful Classes at Yogamour Healing Arts Center in Frederick\, MD. While continuing to follow her passion\, she founded\, and is the Executive Director of Each 1 Teach 1\, Inc. a local non-profit organization. The Mission is to “help youth identify their emotions and effectively communicate their needs.
