Together we’ll explore the background of herbalism\, medicine making\, and an herbalist’s top 15 easy herbs everyone should know and use in their herbal medicine cabinet. This 90 minute\, jam-packed workshop will have you jump started on your own herbal path. Don’t forget to bring your notebook! \nThis class will be lead by herbalist\, Amy Boldt! \nAmy started her journey on the path to herbalism having been inspired by self-sufficiency. After almost a decade of practicing herbalism privately\, Amy has recently opened her practice to others as she widens her circle. She enjoys helping folks align their rhythms with those of the earth\, so that they can sleep better\, feel less anxious\, and choose the right foods for their bodies.
